The Peace Committee is an NGO from the Former Members of the UN Peacekeepers, Btl Suez, Gaza Strip who pioneered a humanitarian mission, were awarded the Nobel Peace Prize (Edition 1988), so we feel motivated and compelled to continue faithful to the ideals advocated by the UN for more than five (5) decades in the search for a more just and more humane world. Our participation consists of these days, considering that the majority of our group, we are over 70 years old, based on lectures in schools, especially on preventing and combating drugs, importance in the preservation of nature and the environment, support to OPERATING MOTHERS , with support for the implementation of daycare centers, ASSISTANCE TO ELDERLY PEOPLE, as this way we understand that this is contributing to reducing social inequalities, making Homeland!
